Poitou-Charentes The second sunniest area in France
	This is a separate, completely self-contained building providing a smaller, private living area within the Farmhouse grounds. The Studio contains a double bed, wardrobe and blanket box. It also has its own shower and separate toilet. There is a kitchen area with a new gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, and table and chairs. The lounge area has a comfortable settee and lounger. The bedroom is partly closed from the rest of the Studio by two wicker screens.
